Er KK Vohra President emphasized that for making the body more vibrant, there should be a planned Website/portal with secured provisions for database collection; e-voting; payment gateway and other allied fields so as to enable all alumni of PEC in assessing the same from anywhere in the globe. It was decided that strenuous efforts be made to launch PECOSA Chapters in NCR Delhi, J&K , Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai besides PECOSA Chapter(s) in USA  & Canada. Col. SK Kaul then gave a well documented over-view of PECOSA World as per his vision and how its various activities shall be well defined, documented through a Mobile App having various features like collection of database, e-voting or E-polling; linking of payment gateway to website/portal; and lot of other features.

Er Karan Checker gave a view of the efforts made by him in close co-ordination with the President to upgrade PECOSA website to make it user friendly and also gave some suggestions of taking professional help from recognised sites dealing with Alumni of IITs etc.. The President pointed out that since remodelling of website has been taken up by Er Karan Checker, other members well versed in this task may provide help or suggestions to him.  It was decided that efforts for collection of data at personal level must continue and the exercise must be completed by 30th November so-that same is optimally utilised for next Alumni Meet dated 16th Feb 2019.
