NOMINATION DATE EXTENDED
Nomination for PECOSA Executive Committee 2022- 24 begins on 2nd June 2022 at 12.00 PM IST and closes on Sunday 12th June 2022 at 5 PM IST
Physical Process: For Nomination Process below Form (NOMINATION FOR THE PECOSA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR SESSION 2022-2024) document must be used. Completed nomination form including Second & Consent section must reach (physical or Email) to the Returning Officer latest by 5:00 PM on 12th June, 2022.
In case of withdrawal form (WITHDRAWL OF NOMINATION FROM ELECTIONS TO THE PECOSA EXEUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR SESSION 2022-2024) must be used & sent to RO.
The complete scan copy of physical nomination forms must be sent by email pecosaelections@gmail.com . It is not mandatory to send physical forms if already shared on the above email.

To Vote online, you must complete both steps given below
- Register on PEC portal https://alumni.pec.ac.in
- Register on PECOSA EVoting registration portal at https://alumni.pec.ac.in/addon/1246
Only after registering on both above links, you shall be able to complete EVoting process.
Condition:
Each Alum can only Nominate and/or second one candidate in each category. For clarity in Executive Member, one Alum can only nominate and/or Second only one candidate like in other categories. Below are the categories open
- President: 1 (One)
- Vice President: 1 (One)
- General Secretary: 1 (One)
- Treasurer: 1 (One)
- Joint Secretary: 1 (One)
- Executive Members: 11 (Eleven)
